Bernard S. Lust, Member
Bernard has a B.S. in Economics from the
and an M.B.A. from the
Stern School of Business. He has been involved
in hundreds of successful asset sale transactions,
and has also owned and operated several
successful businesses. Bernard is a
licensed real estate agent.
James Marin
James is a former telecom company executive and entrepreneur. He co-founded Domain Networks in 1996, a company he ran until 2002. James was a consultant for a private equity fund, performing due diligence on technology companies. He has been a business broker since 2002. James has held Life and Health insurance licenses in Virginia and Texas and has worked as a radio station engineer and commercial pilot. He has a BSEE from (UT Dallas) and expects to receive a JD in 2010.
